1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Soana ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Soana is a freelance marketplace that connects clients and freelancers for Web3 and blockchain-related work, with payments handled in TON cryptocurrency. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Soana provides a platform where clients can post projects and hire freelancers, and freelancers can find work and get paid in TON. The Platform may include escrow, messaging, dispute resolution, and wallet integration. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or availability of projects or freelancers.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Soana. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile and wallet details up to date.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity. You may not circumvent escrow, fees, or security measures. Both clients and freelancers must act in good faith when posting projects, submitting proposals, and completing or approving work.
5. Payments and Escrow
Payments on Soana are made in TON. Funds may be held in escrow until milestones are completed and approved. You are responsible for understanding how escrow and releases work before funding a project. Soana is not responsible for losses due to wallet misuse, key loss, or third-party services.
6. Disputes
Disputes between clients and freelancers should be resolved through the Platform's dispute process. Soana may assist in mediation but does not guarantee a particular resolution. Our decisions regarding disputes are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Soana is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from dealings with other users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Soana in fees in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of Soana after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
